VIDEO IN ENGLISH. TURN ON SUBTITLE FOR ENGLISH!
Welcome back! A record breaking video... took me over 1.5 hours to film, 4 full days to edit, 2.5 hours to render and 3 hours to upload!! Are you not gonna give this a LIKE? :P
Today, we remember a true living legend, a great master and a musical giant, Krzysztof Penderecki. The Polish composer left us exactly 7 weeks ago, on 29th March 202 at his home in Kraków. I'll be talking about his life, the characteristics of his music, as well as a walk-through [some technical analysis involved] of his (in)famous Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima for 52 strings.
SHOUTOUT TO ALICJA for supplying the CORRECT pronunciation of the great master's name!
