Place your feet shoulder-width distance apart. Keep your chest up and core tight while you squat down, then jump to one side while you fall back into a deep squat. As you rise, explode off your heels and jump to the opposite side, landing in a low squat position on the other side. Be sure to check your form at the bottom of each squat, never allowing your knees to go over your toes. Repeat using your arms to help guide you from side to side.
G-Tip: This is a very explosive jump from side to side and will definitely get your heart rate up, making it an excellent cardio exercise. You don’t want to get sloppy, so take your time to set yourself before jumping from side to side.
