Schecter Session Bass Soundfont | SFZ
LBRY Exclusive.

This is a soundfont I created using my Schecter Session Bass. It has slap tones, deep sub-bass and a bunch of tweaks like pickup mixing and attack/release so you can tailor to your needs.

I sampled the bass playing different articulations and pickup mixes then cropped and layered it up in a text editor, using the .sfz format.

ira is a command-line tool I'm working on for LBRY. The idea is to treat LBRY content as just another file you can parse & use with UNIX-like tools, to easily allow devs to make their own. The goal is to use LBRY in an automated way to accomplish tasks like downloading, updating, inspecting, piping infinite video/audio to a device, and so on so we're not always stuck with just the desktop apps that are fed to us. Some slap, a little groove, and a fakey Jameson demo for my Schecter Session bass soundfont, which you can download here: [Schecter Session Bass Soundfont on LBRY](lbry://schectersessionsoundfont#fbf39b6a3f60aed9aaead041695100b58d614afe) I created the soundfont by sampling direct from my bass, then layered all the samples using sforzando .sfz format to get a variety of timbres from slap to mellow, which can be tweaked via CC on the fly. Then I wrote some snippets in MIDI using the soundfont and that's what you hear. Cheers!
