Although the process worked, it could be a bit difficult to follow. As of today, CoinGeko has made it much easier for all of us to add a custom token to MetaMask simply by finding the token on their website and clicking an "add to MetaMask icon. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBoh2WB7ua4
Over the past few weeks, I have received a number of inquiries regarding how to list a token on an exchange. I'm not really sure why I have received so many questions about this, but I would suspect that it has something to do with Bitcoin Cash making it so easy for anyone to create and issue their own cryptocurrency with the Simple Ledger Protocol. In this post, I'll discuss some of the different ways that you can list a cryptocurrency token on an exchange and compare and contrast the benefits of the different methods.

Phil Town's book Rule #1 Investing rejects the concept of diversification and argues that investors can beat the market by investing in a select few stocks. The book gives advice on how to choose companies with a durable competitive advantage. Although Phil Town suggests that his strategy can generate 15% returns, the idea of picking individual stocks goes against the current wisdom of simply "buying the market" with an ETF or low cost mutual fund. Join me in this book review as I discuss the good, the bad, and whether or not I recommend the book.

Crypto has a finite supply which resists inflation, and forces fiscal responsibility. But would the world necessarily be better off if governments fully adopted crypto? In this video, I'd like to explore the notion that although crypto has many benefits, there are cases in which fiat (may) provide a better solution. I'll also discuss a possible solution in which fiat and crypto co-exist and serve as offsetting, balancing mechanisms to each other.

As the Splinterlands blockchain based game continues to grow in popularity, I thought it would be fitting to compare Splinterlands vs Magic The Gathering. In my opinion, Magic The Gathering offers a better gameplay experience than Splinterlands with a considerably lower cost to get started. By contrast, Splinterlands offers MUCH better monetization opportunities than Magic and allows players to earn Splinterlands NFT cards, Dark Energy Crystal Cryptocurrency (DEC), as well as SPS governance tokens. When introducing cryptocurrency to people, my first instinct is to launch right into the spiel that "cryptocurrencies are a decentralized, peer to peer, permission-less, medium of digital exchange." Although I can usually catch myself before I scare people off with the overly technical jargon, I am sure that many people, unfortunately, have had crypto described to them in such a way. For all of those confused newbies, I'd like to write this article describing what "permission-less" means and why it is important.
