John The Annihilator was John List the Mass murderer who shot his wife, his mother, and his three children drove to the bank took out his savings then disappeared for 18 years. He was a man of few words he certainly new how to put thoughts into action when the the debt became too much for him and going on welfare was an un-imaginable action he killed his whole family to ensure they got into heaven and spare them the embarrassment of him going bankrupt.
List appeared to be the perfect son, husband, and father. He worked hard as an accountant at a nearby bank to provide for his family. The mansion he inhabited with his mother, wife, and three children had 19 rooms, including a ballroom, marble fireplaces, and a Tiffany skylight.
List and his family were the embodiment of the American dream in 1971. They attended church every Sunday as devout Lutherans and List taught Sunday school. Everything looked great on the surface.

Richard Cottingham is an American serial killer from New Jersey perpetrating murders in New York and New Jersey between 1967 and 1980. Nicknamed The New York Ripper and Times Square Torso Ripper after his dismemberment and decapitation of two victims on December 2, 1979 in a Hells Kitchen hotel on W. 42nd Street and Tenth Avenue in the vicinity of Times Square. Sex workers Deedeh Goodarzi, age 22, and a still unidentified teenage victim, were tortured and murdered, their heads and hands severed, and their torsos set on fire. Cottingham fled the scene with the severed heads and hands which were never recovered. He was eventually apprehended on May 22, 1980 in a New Jersey motel in the act of torturing a teenage sex worker he had lured and driven to the location from New York City. In a series of trials in New Jersey and New York 1981 to 1984, Cottingham was convicted in five murders, two in New Jersey and three in New York, plus multiple charges of kidnapping, sexual assault, etc. In 2010, Cottingham plead guilty to the 1967 murder of Nancy Vogel, confessed under immunity to the murders of New Jersey school girls Jackie Harp, Irene Blase, and Denise Falasca in 1968-1969 in Bergen County, New Jersey and in 2021 confessed and pleaded guilty in the double abduction rape murders of Loraine Marie Kelly, 16 & Mary Ann Pryor, 17. Officially, Cottingham killed eleven people, but he claims between 85 and 100 murders. Cottingham is incarcerated in New Jersey State Prison in Trenton, New Jersey.
