VLOG #229 Ride with Simon Nothing special here to see, just a dead man riding;-) Simon had had a Heart Attack, now one half of his heart only works, Cancer, now OK, but only one Lung working. We should have an Ambulance as his support car!!! Since my 31 Days Riding for Mental Health, Simon called me up and wanted to ride with me, we were able to ride with 1 other and he hadn’t ridden in years, he used to race for local team “Epsom CC” back in 1990. Says he was pretty good, just have to believe him right;) Well he started a fundraiser beginning of June to ride 2222 miles in 3 months, sounds easy, well need I remind you! He had not ridden for years and with his ailments this was a big challenge. He is now, before the ride 220 miles off target and not bad going if you ask me.
