Donald Trump spoke to the students of High Point University and we were offered VIP tickets by a high official of the state party. We took her up on the offer and off we went.
It was a rather small venue - only held about 3,000 people and unlike other Trump events we've been to, it was 90% students. Very interesting crowd. Zero protesters.
Interestingly, Trump's Secret Service detail guarding Trump from a member of the crowd rushing the stage has been doubled. I counted 18 just around the stage, and I saw even more heavily-armed folks, tucked back behind the stage so as not to worry the crowd. Guys with additional 30-round clips stuck in pockets in front of their ballistic vests. Very ready for heavy action kind of guys.
Trump was very late - like 40 minutes. He only spoke for 30 minutes, which was merciful because even though we were among the half of the audience with a seat, it was a long 2-1/2 hours wait.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook said in an a recent email that he’s afraid Donald Trump will become the next president and destroy a Democrat infrastructure that it’s taken years to build.
Mook told Clinton supporters:
“If Donald Trump takes the Republican nomination, our party will lose more than the presidency.”
“Years of progress will be ripped away. Obamacare will be repealed. Marriage equality will be rolled back. Get excited to visit the wall on the Mexico border — and get ready to pay for it if President Trump can’t magically get Mexico to cough up the cash for it.”
Mook also fretted about the sudden jump by Bernie Saunders in the polls:

It’s taken me several days to get around to my follow-up report on SR 488 Canada’s new Prime Minister Jason Trudeau and his Muslim – at least tendencies.
Here’s another suspect fruit of this new philosophical shadow over Canada – Islamic banking.
A new study released by the Toronto Financial Services Alliance says that since Canada has a fast-growing Muslim population, it is just perfect to become the North American hub for Islamic banking.
According to Janet Ecker, president and CEO of the TFSA:
"Islamic finance is one of the fastest growing kinds of finance in the world.”
"There are opportunities here which should be explored. Toronto is an international financial centre. ... This is another way to keep our reputation and our capabilities growing."
Will all Canadians sell their national souls for a couple of extra bucks?
What is Islamic banking? That’s a good question. I’ve been to two Islamic conferences in the last 3 years, and talked to a lot of advocates for Islamic banking and still can’t figure out who’s telling the truth.
Advocates say, it bans interest, but even other Muslims would take me aside and say it really does not, they just call “interest” something else.
It also is typically based on gold money, and, of course, gold always favors the rich at the expense of the poor – the consolidation of power and not a more democratic spreading of power.
Of course, we already know that Islam is far from a democracy.
The advocates explain it this way: lenders become quasi-partners in businesses. If the business makes money, the lenders share in the profits.
Walid Hejazi, an associate professor at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management explained that the new government of Jason Trudeau has to signal their willingness to provide long-term support for the planting of an Islamic Banking Hub in Toronto:
"If there is a risk that a change in government is going to change its view on that kind of investment, that spooks investors.”
"So the government must be clear to say . . . 'We're open to Islamic finance, we welcome it."'
Of course, if I was in charge, I’d worry that once you let Islamic banking in, it’s going to be that much harder to keep it from eventually gaining control over the entire nation.

Oh oh, this is not good for Jeb Bush.
According to Bloomberg, in his last years as Florida governor, Jeb Bush facilitated massive investments of the pension funds of Florida cops, teachers and firefighters into soon-to-be worthless mortgage-backed securities issued by Lehman Brothers.
In 2007, when Bush left office, he got a job as a Lehman consultant at a salary of $1.3 million a year. In 2008, Lehman collapsed leaving the Florida pension funds facing up to $1 billion in losses.
After Lehman declared bankruptcy, Bush joined British banking giant Barclays as an advisor, a position he kept until late 2014, when he resigned to prepare for his presidential run.
According to Craig Holman, a governmental ethics expert with Public Citizen:
“This is a breathtaking conflict of interest. This cost Florida very dearly, and it enriched Jeb Bush.”

After Labor Day, traditionally, presidential candidates move into high gear. With Hillary Clinton pretty much out of the campaign personal appearances business - on injured reserve - the Dems have only one real weapon, an all-out air war - dire warnings of nuclear doom via TV attack ads.
The Trump campaign is not without precedent. In 1964, Barry Goldwater captured the Republican Party with a similar populist, nationalist, anti-globalist message. He won over the people, but the Republican Party elites fought him tooth and nail. It was essentially the same battle we’re fighting today: We the People vs. the globalists.
Yes, even in 1964, the globalist agenda of a borderless one-world governance was becoming known. Today, it’s no longer a theory – it’s in full slow-rolling invasion mode.
In the 1964 campaign, Lyndon Johnson was the incumbent president after Kennedy’s tragic death by assassination. Nobody liked Johnson - neither the Democrats nor the Republicans - but just as we have the NeverTrump turncoats today, the Washington establishment got behind a NeverGoldwater group.
The question for the Democrats and the corrupt Republican insiders was how could they help Johnson triumph over Goldwater—the Constitutionalist and better man in every way.
The Democrats hatched a plan to frighten people off from Goldwater—first, by branding him and his associates as racists; then, by depicting him as an unstable/crazy man likely to press the nuclear button - all completely false, of course. Sound familiar?
They used clever ads with visceral imagery to make these points, the most famous being the “daisy” ad, in which a young girl pulls petals off a daisy while an atomic bomb suddenly goes off in the distance.

This ad terrified people—Goldwater never recovered, and Johnson beat him in November.
Do you think fears of a nuclear Armageddon are as dead as the Cold War? Think again.
Behind the scenes, the real enemy of freedom is not Russia, but the ongoing invasion of the west by unbridled migration. The immigrant class is provided a lifestyle far above their situations back home, and since gainful employment is not required, they have plenty of time to reproduce and prosecute political turmoil at street level.
This is nothing less than an army of insurgents that unless recognized and turned back, will topple the 2500-year-old concept of a civilization whose foundation is equal justice under the law as they destroy the productive middle class.
These new immigrant masses will - for sure - continue to vote for the political class that has provided them their new work-free, responsibility-free lifestyle.
Of course, once the productive workers are toppled, and society devolves into chaos, only then the new work ethic will emerge – a totalitarian slave state with the immigrant class now dominating the slaves.
The globalist game is to divert our attention from the invasion for just one more election cycle by painting Russia, in league with Trump, as the real problem.
The similarities with the 1964 campaign are positively eerie.

Good morning, I’m still reporting on the lying MSM.
Last Tuesday, Donald Trump spoke at a rally at Brair Woods High School in Ashburn, VA.
The rally became noteworthy only because of a crying baby and how Trump tried to cover for the mother’s embarrassment as she took the child out of the hall.
The child had just awakened from a nap. The single mom had come to the rally with her grandmother and 11-year-old stepdaughter to see what she later called the historic event.
When she saw she wasn’t going to be able to quite the child – as any good mother would do – she started packing up her things to go in the hallway.
If you’ve ever been in that position, trying to pack up you stuff one-handed with a struggling child in the other hand, it can be quite a chore.

When baby let loose with one particularly powerful blast, Trump, in an attempt to reduce the Mom’s embarrassment, quipped:
“Actually, I was only kidding, you can get that baby outta here.”
It was a joke. Everyone laughed because they knew it was Trump trying to help, not hurt the situation.
But the most rabid members of the MSM seized the opportunity to make Trump look badly.
NPR: “Trump: ‘Get that Baby Out Of Here’”
The New York Times pounced on the incident too:

Worst of all was the Mother Jones headline that was almost as accurate as those found in Weekly World News:
“Donald Trump Lashes Out at Crying Baby.”
According to MJ reporter, Patrick Caldwell’s lead sentence:

“Donald Trump doesn't humor any interruptions during his speeches—even if those outbursts are coming from an infant.”
However, on Friday, a Washington, DC news blog called Red Alert Politics, found the mother. Her name is Devan Cierra Ebert.
“Mr. Trump NEVER kicked me or my child out of the Briar Woods High School Trump rally.”
“I fully support Mr. Trump. I thought he responded very graciously to my child crying and he made a lighthearted moment out of what I usually consider to be stressful.”
Ebert says she finished out the rally watching with some very supportive Loudoun County cops at the door in the back of the auditorium while the rest of her family remained seated.
"The media has severely blown this out of proportion and made it out to be something that it wasn't … as political gain for the Democratic party."

Good morning, I’m still reporting on: Karen Handel Crushes Ossoff in Georgia’s 6th, 1679
Synopsis: Former Georgia Secretary of State, Karen Handel has won a crushing 3.8% come-from-behing victory over a 30-year-old Democrat without political qualifications, who didn’t even live in the district - Jon Ossoff - in the final special election of the year.
Desperate Dems shoveled at least 23.6 million dollars into the Ossoff campaign – as of his May 31 filing with the Federal Election Commission - in an attempt to win at least one of the years 5 special elections so they could say that Trump’s support around the nation was fading, but just the reverse was proven to be true.
Not counting any of Ossoff’s contributions in the last 3 weeks of the campaign, he spent 22.5 million dollars to win 124,893 votes – or $180.15 per vote. However, an Atlanta Journal-Constitution analysis showed that just 3.5% of Ossoff’s donations came from Georgia. The vast majority of the rest came from California.
This morning, the new Congressperson from Georgia’s 6th District is Karen Handel. She spent nearly $4.5 million on the race – according to her FEC reporting on May 31 – or $33.45 per vote.
The race was the most expensive Congressional race in U.S. history. Typically a race for a seat in Congress will cost under $2 million. A Senate race will now cost over $10 million.
Experts believe that when all costs are tallied for the Georgia 6th special election, the total cost for both candidates will exceed $50 million.
But again, after all the money was spent this election came down to factors that befuddled the pollsters once again.
Again, the Trump Monster Vote, combined with the hand of God turned this election around. After the April 18, first election to whittle the candidates down to just 2 opponents, Handle trailed Ossoff by over 28 points.
In the final round, which concluded last night, Ossoff held a substantial lead in the early voting of nearly 10,000 votes. But on election day, when the Monster vote came out to strike a blow for freedom, Handel won it by nearly 20,000 votes.

Good morning, I’m still reporting on Secret Service Cracks Down on Trump Threats.
Oh my goodness, what a difference one week makes. As the United States begins to turn back to a nation of laws from the lawlessness of 8 years of the Obama Administration, the U.S. Secret Service is beginning to go after those who threaten President-Elect Trump.
Matt Harrigan, the founder and CEO of a San Diego cyber-security firm called Packetsled, has resigned after a drunken election-night Facebook rant threatening to kill President-elect Donald Trump.
The profanity-laced rant quickly made it into the Twitter-os-phere and went viral around the world.
Although efforts were made to erase the evidence, The Daily Mail in Britain actually found low-rez images of the rampage and posted them.

“I’m going to kill the president. Elect.”
“Bring it secret service.”
“… getting a sniper rifle and perching myself where it counts. Find a bedroom in the whitehouse that suits you mother xxxxx I’ll find you.”
Well, the U.S. Secret Service did bring it. They showed up at Harrigan’s Del Mar, California home for a little 2-hour discussion.
Making such threats against the President or his successor can result in felony charges under US law.
Even if Mr. Harrigan does escape prosecution, his career has been ruined by the incident.
Packetsled – the company he founded, initially put Harrigan on administrative leave last weekend, but on Tuesday of this week – one week after the election, the company accepted Harrigan’s resignation.
According to the company:
“The PacketSled Board of Directors accepted the resignation of President and CEO Matthew Harrigan, effective immediately.”
“We want to be very clear, PacketSled does not condone the comments made by Mr. Harrigan, which do not reflect the views or opinions of the company, its employees, investors or partners.”
Here’s the point: Over the past year, those of us who have followed Trump closely have been astonished by the proliferation of similar outrageous threats across the internet – so many that we chose to ignore the because reporting on them would only encourage them, especially when there seemed never to be a consequence from the Obama-compliant version of the Secret Service.
Now, however, there is a new sheriff in town and his sworn deputies will now follow the law, not the dictates of a president who has acted more like an emperor than an elected executive.
Remember, the President of the United States heads up the Executive branch of our government. Isn’t it nice to have an actual executive in that position to drain the swamp?

Will the DC Madam story be the next shoe to drop in the continuing saga of Ted Cruz, America’s first Canadian-born Presidential candidate?
Montgomery Blair Sibley – an ex-lawyer in Washington DC – has asked the Supreme Court to allow him to release phone records of an infamous owner of a DC escort agency, Deborah Jeane Palfrey because he claims it will have an impact on the current presidential election cycle.
In 2008, Palfrey was convicted of racketeering and money laundering. Rather than face a 55-year sentence, she hanged herself.
Palfrey’s escorts charges as much as $300 per hour. Palfrey appeared on ABC’s 20/20 on May 4, 2007 and said she had between 10 and 15,000 phone numbers of clients.
Two months later, Palfrey supposedly released all of her phone records for public viewing – records kept by her attorney, Blair Sibley.
In January, Sibley discovered that there are 815 records that contain names, addresses, and Social Security numbers of Verizon Wireless customers that now have importance in the ongoing presidential primary contest, however since 2007, Sibley had been under a restraining order not to disseminate them, or other escort service records he may hold.
Sibley tried to file a motion to modify the restraining order in Federal Court in D.C, but the chief judge refused to even let the clerk of the court to file the motion.
Subsequently, after an allegation of sexual misconduct, the judge resigned
Sibley now is attempting to appeal to the DC Court of Appears and then the Supreme Court if needed, but getting that done in the next 60 days – to squeeze it in before the Republican national convention – costs money and so he is seeking $25,000 in a GoFundMe campaign: www.gofundme.com/DCMadam.
The most intriguing part of Sibley’s latest filing is this:
“… delay by this court … will intentionally favor one presidential candidate over others by protecting that candidate from the release of the D.C. madam phone records, which … are relevant to this election cycle.”
