June 2, 2016. Armed Robbery was the motive when upstanding citizen Lemyon Vail, 16, a Black Male and 6 of his thug friends approached a car and started shooting in the mall parking lot right by the front entrance to the building. Vail is being charged as an adult, Mobile Police say nobody was injured in the shooting, but shots were fired into a black sedan driven by the victim. The vehicle’s rear windshield was shattered and blown out by the gun fire. Mobile Police have arrested three more teens who were allegedly present for the incident, one for a probation violation. Police say they are all teenagers. In this video you can see the black sedan circle the parking lot three times, interacting with the group of six teens at least once.When the shooting takes place, you can see the teens scatter in a sprint towards Airport Boulevard. The black sedan, driven by the victim who was not shot, then recklessly pursues the teenagers but winds up in the Starbucks parking lot.
