Strategy I enjoyed for beating Magnus 2.0 at "Level -3" stats. (Technically, Level -2.8, this is 1HP, 0FP, 0BP.)
Uses 5 items: Shooting Star (2x), Life Shroom (3x)
Requires RNG of getting a 41% chance Clock Out on Turn 3, as well as getting a +3ATK Power Lift on /either/ use (T2 or T6) and at least +2ATK on the other, and +2DEF on the second use T6. Otherwise, no other RNG is required.
I used save states in the video to simulate getting the Clock Out on all three targets. (It's a 89.6% chance for each Fist, and a 51.2% chance for Magnus)
