I hope this video does encourage people to seek professional help, only reason why people don't it's because they feel like they don't deserve the help, too scared to take medication because they're scared of side effects and other things, Don't be scared, be brave...fight your mental issues , you will feel happy in the end. Today I had a panic,social anxiety episode, went home , few hours later got psychosis , basically an after affect, the brain tries to protect itself from Stress. Life is difficult, not meant to be easy all the time but please do seek professional, help, talk to someone close about your issues, don't bottle it up.
