This is an impromptu review of the latest form of my key layout on a Plico 40% Planck-style keyboard. EDIT: Terrible audio for some reason?! Apologies! EDIT : Control + L! Not J
Ergonomics heavily considered, minimal reach required, minimal concurrent muscle usage. Also heavily considered was what works. If it's weird but works, it stays.

The replay button on the Automouse prototype was too hard to press, so I needed a paddle to make it easier to hit with gross motor skills.
This should be a footpedal.

Software as a product is weird.
The commercials are why the television show exists
Google is inception-ing you to buy stuff
Venues must be good actors
The purest form of support of a creator; microtransactions. Just not possible yet.
THE CARTOON IS THE COMMERCIAL!
Getting closer to the creator

Move the keys to your hands, not your hands to the keys. http://troyfletcher.net/keyboard_sales.html
Smaller keyboards are becoming more popular, and with good reason. Not just another pretty face, these guys actually make you work faster, by bringing the keys you would normally reach for right to your fingertips.

1:04 What perfects an OS? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQjfrwflt8A
1:24 So, what does it need to do?
3:09 That's it. Why do you need a commercial OS?
4:28 "This is critical US infrastructure!" Then act like it!
5:25 Goose break
6:40 Benefits of a custom OS
7:30 The OS is a LIABILITY
7:50 How to make your industrial PC almost impossible to compromise.
8:30 If the fish in the barrel are getting shot, don't be in the barrel!
9:04 The Secret Service provides services for ransomware attacks
9:40 "tHiS iS cRiTiCaL nAtIoNaL iNfRaStRuCtUrE"
10:10 The purpose of a corporation is NOT to support critical national infrastructure.
11:00 The Short-sighted financial gain promotes instability
11:27 "If you have a bug on your windshield, that you kill..."
11:39 If you have high-availability customers, they demand their suppliers have high standards for risk mitigation and disaster recovery. The CUSTOMER sets the standard!
12:55 The caveat to this disaster recovery management is if you're big enough, you HIRE someone whose job it is to MANAGE the external AUDITOR, rather than ACTUALLY PLAN for disaster recovery.
14:41 This is not a nationalization argument, OK?!
16:01 There's an active DISincentive to maintain "emergency reserves"
16:40 Even if you did the unprofitable, but prudent thing by keeping emergency stores, you don't even get to profit from it!
17:12 Peak capitalism is an engine running right at the redline toward a cliff, and planning to change the brakes only after they fail.
17:51 I actually reason my way into a bigger government argument.
18:58 "This service is an existential threat to the country!" SO ACT LIKE IT
