PC: Max Settings 1080p 60fps Recorded With Nvidia Shadowplay.
Xbox One: 720p 30fps Recorded With Elgato HD60 With 60FPS Off And 720p to get accuracy.
Due to youtube's bitrate compression PC looks a bit worse than it did in the file. At some points very rarely, the Xbox One Dropped to the 20's and the minimum I saw was around 24 FPS. The View Distance was one major noticeable thing, which of course was lower than the PC version, but setting the view distance to it's lowest on PC resulted in results, similar to Xbox One but slightly better, along with the texture resolution being sub-par to the PC version at Ultra settings, and lighting The View Distance was very small on Xbox One.
