Hand picked government corporate employees posing as experts and representing banking agendas for corporate profits are meeting around the country using the DELPHI Technique. These meetings are lead by trained facilitators representing consulting firms to manipulate the data, collect data, manipulate the attendees and manipulate the questionnaires . . . the meeting facilitators present the meeting conclusions without the attendees knowing what all the public suggestions were. The conclusions are Consensus based using manipulated predetermined outcomes designed by the bankers aka corporate structure who will profit by the outcome.
