Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width distance apart, toes turned out. Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell directly in between your legs. With your chest out and shoulders back, drop down into a low squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Use your heels to press up only halfway, about 3 inches or so, then lower back down. Do as many as you can before standing up to rest briefly before repeating your pulse squats.
G-Tip: These are an inner thigh burner, especially with added weight. See how many you can do without resting. Rest as needed, but challenge yourself. Breath deeply, close your eyes and burn baby burn.
