Gastronomically Good Gaffs: Jigsaw Thai Restaurant, Cricklade
this episode of the Gastronomically Good Gaffs series is a very lovely small thai restaurant in Cricklade, north east of Swindon, towards Oxford.
The owner is a Chanthaburi man and we spoke briefly of the seaside location.
Due to the lack of somtam, I chose TomYam and Khao Pad Gung.

There are 500+ places of interest in the UK under the National Trust banner and I will be attempting to visit as many as I can, reporting as I do all the important stuff relative to accessibility.
In this episode I go to South Wales to visit a garden and house called Dyffyrn, although I had no idea how to pronounce it. It is a house fully accessible although the lift was out of order I assume it will be fixed at some point giving access to the upper floor.
The garden too, is pretty good with really good paths. This was probably the best place for access i have been to visit.

In this episode, the first using the new Gopro, Zhiyun gimbal and scooter, I visit Glastonbury. This town is famed for association with King Arthur, Avalon and Excalibur plus hippy types, new age travelers and holistic healers.
Also moderately well known for the music festival, although this is not in the town but more towards Pilton, a small village between Glasto and Shepton Mallet.
I hope you'll agree the video final product is 100% improved with use of the gimbal and scooter. The gopro was set to 1080p, medium POV, 60fps.

Oops, I nearly killed a biker! - Thailand Adventure 6 (Day 9, 22nd August, Part Two)
On the way home from the Temple and picking up the kids from school I was pulling in to buy some durian and crashed. A bike was coming up the inside and I did not see it.
It cost 400 baht fine and possibly my 8,000 baht deposit for the car hire.
Later, we met up with Jim and Chana and had a slightly not so good celebratory meal for gaining my driving licence!

The beginning of the journey, and the calm before the storm. Finally, another 20-30 minutes and the check in is complete. Got through security no problem, and on to find brekkie.
After that, a long wait for the gate number to appear, which was 40 minutes late. B39, a long scoot but eventually got there and was boarded - the guys used the narrow isle chair.
