OBESE NO MORE (DON'T WATCH HUNGRY!!!)- 161 days of OMAD Intermittent Fasting
I started as an obese class III. 5 months later I am just an overwrite man. 30 pounds to go to just normal weight.

So far I lost 61 pounds following Intermittent Fasting diet. It means that I fast most of the day. I drink coffee, tea and water and nothing else. At noon or so I eat for an hour and that is my first and last meal of the day. It wasn't easy at first, but it's a new norm for me now.

At the rate of half a pound a day weight loss, I will be at my goal in 6 months.
Had 1 banana, one avocado, chicken masala from trader joe's, 1 hash brown, fried egg, edamame beans, linguine with Clam Sauce (1/4 of cup) - 850 calories.
