Focal Hand Dystonia - My Journey is coming to an end. BUT I'm planning something first.
I am getting well and can feel that soon, I will resolve my dystonia fully. However, before I do, I have to honour a promise that I made to myself.
I promised that if I found that I was getting well and knew how and why, that I would address my physical health.
I promised myself that I would do an extended fast and lose some weight.
I'll be starting in the next few days following this initial statement of intent.

This change took place just after a dystonia workout session. Splints never got me these kind of results.
Here my ring finger which normally sticks up in the air, especially on the descent of a scale, has calmed down and sort of fallen back to the point where it appears a little dead! It's not! Lol! It's just relearning to inhibit itself.
