They also discussed some of the common problems they have found among body shops and the results of their research and testing of the problems.

Unlike the stud nail gun that must be removed each time, this tip tacks itself to the metal surface and pulls off with a small twist. This is a time saver and eliminates the need to stud nail supplies. However, while this tool seem the better choose to me, most students still prefer the stud nail gun method. The question: Do they sell epoxy primer in spray cans? In the video, I state that I am not aware of a 2k epoxy product. However, thankful to our YouTube friends, they mentioned a line of paint that does have 2k products in spray cans. If I understand it correctly, you must use all of the primer within a certain amount of time or it will harden. Don't know much about this line of products, but I did a little research and found a resource for it. You can learn more at http://CollisionBlast.com/SprayCanEpoxy
http://CollisionBlast.com - Spray overlap is one of the techniques that needs to be mastered to become a better painter. Incorrect overlap can result in too little mill coverage and stripes. In the video, we talk about what overlap is and how to perform proper overlap.
Depending on the paint recommendations, 50% to 75%. Control coats may even recommend up to 90% overlap, but that is for another lesson.
It is also important to start by overlapping each panel edges. For example, half of the spray pattern on the panel and half spraying onto the masking paper. This will assure proper overlap and mill coverage on edges.
