"No one should get a free ride," declared Difalco, a registered Democrat, previously served as the confidential secretary of former Kingston Democratic mayor Shayne Gallo, the current mayor's predecessor. She was also the first woman to serve as the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature (2004). Difalco and her supporters are hoping to send Noble and his neophyte cronies back to Romper Room where they came from !
