Featuring several fight skips, enemy destructions, and other things present in the other videos I've uploaded on the topic.
In particular, I was able to use Pikachu's Quick Attack to barely move out of the way of two blocks closing in on each other. In normal gameplay, you're supposed to wait for the blocks to move again after hitting a switch earlier in the level, but I'm able to skip this waiting completely.
Also, thanks to the unintended side effect of Superspicy Curry and Turbo Mode being active at once (When only Turbo Mode should be active), I was able to completely skip the last section of the level before Ridley.

So when I was modifying the character files to make everyone's fall speed zero (A popular request by a few people) I found an interesting quirk in Diddy Kong, where using his Down-Air can actually cause him to gain a small amount of vertical momentum. Stringing many of these together can cause an effective super jump, and there's no limit to how many you can do. (You really only need to be under a ceiling to see the jump all at once, but it works without one anyway)
