Good evening, I’m still reporting on
SR1262, Trump Threatens New York Times Suit Over Fake Smut Story
Lawyers representing Donald Trump have threatened to sue the New York Times for printing a story yesterday morning that two women received unwanted sexual attention from Donald Trump many years ago. Today, we’ll just take a look at the worst of the allegations.
Yesterday, attorney Marc Kasowitz sent Dean Baquet, the Executive Editor of the New York Times a “Demand for Retraction” letter which said in part:
“It is apparent from … the timing of the article, that it is nothing more than a politically-motivated effort to defeat Mr. Trump’s candidacy. That is why you apparently performed an entirely inadequate investigation to test the veracity of these false and malicious allegations….”
Peter Ducy of Fox News reported on the story yesterday.

So, Donald Trump has had just about enough of this. The New York Times published false stories in May stating that Mr. Trump had demeaned several women. The story was all over the MSM for days until several of the women came forward and not only denied the allegations, but noted that the reporters had lied to them about the type of story they were writing.
Oh, and who owns the largest part of New York Times now? According to the Jan. 15, 2015 edition of the Washington Free Beacon, it’s the world’s richest man. Carlos Slim, estimated by Forbes magazine as having a fortune of $79.6 billion.
Although Slim’s investment in the Times has been a financial loser, the rumor is he bought it to quash impending negative publicity on him and his business dealings.
Carlos Slim and Trump parted ways bout 15 months ago, when Slim cancelled a television project that he and Trump were working on over Trump’s harsh words about Mexico.
How did Carlos Slim make his fortune, by owning the Mexican telecom giant América Móvil. They are one of the major suppliers of the free cell phones given out by president Obama – remember Obama phones?:

– but I digress.
Along with the Times story came a slickly-produced video of the primary source, a lady named Jessica Lee. So let’s take a look.

Amazing – the armrest just disappeared!

Hmmm, this exact description was also used by the Guardian 2-and-a-half years ago on Jan. 17, 2014 when a British actor named Bill Roache was accused of groping a female actress when she was 16.
“He sort of came over to me and pressed himself against me. He touched both breasts… He was like an octopus. Hands everywhere.”
And now comes the key admission that first made me doubt this woman’s story.
[insert]
So if I was an unmarried 30-year-old guy and a woman next to me welcomed me to fondle her breasts on an plane ride, I would have gotten pretty excited. Notice, Jessica is not sobbing like the numerous women Bill Clinton attacked when they were later interviewed. No, she’s got a wry smile on her face. Looks to me like she kind of enjoyed that risqué little interlude.

Hmmmm, Back in the mid-to-late 1960s, airplanes were much smaller. 1st Class was very small - 3-5 rows of 2-by-2 seats at best. First Class travelers always had a stewardess or two to attend just to their needs who was NEVER more than 2 or 3 steps away from any 1st class passenger.
You see, I’m old enough to remember the good old days of air travel. I’d always wear a coat and tie when I traveled by air because a little-known secret was that if - as you were entering the airplane - you saw that there were empty first-class seats, you could ask the stewardess to move you up for free, but they would only do it if a gentleman was properly attired.
