Hi everyone, this is the 3rd and final part to the water tutorial. I had posted the image on Google + and twitter the other day. I didn't really get any feed back at all on the image. So I wasn't sure if I was going to post this as a tutorial or a speed art. I decided to go ahead and make it a tutorial because there is some good information in this gimp tutorial. We will be jumping into blender and perfect effects 9 in this tutorial. Don't worry you will not have to do the blender part if you don't want to. i am including the image assets I made in a download link so you guys that aren't comfortable in blender won't have to do that part.
