In Part 2, Frederic Laroche, a software engineer with a background in computer science and teaching high school science, as well as human rights activism against the use of Directed-Energy Weapons and Neuroweapons on civilians in France, speaks with Ramola D about his early experiences of being stalked by networks of people in a suburb of Grenoble, France, experiencing DEW assaults at his parents' home, becoming the non-consensual target of a joint French/American Intelligence agency neuro-experimentation project while working at Hewlett-Packard,--which he discovered quite a bit about, of experiencing continued stalking and DEW assaults while travelling in France on work assignments, and of similar experiences in Turkey on a visit there.
He also details the part played by general physicians, psychiatrists, and psychoanalysts in his quest to uncover the truth of what was being done to him as he consulted doctors for medical explorations and diagnoses, and came up often against the inability of psychiatrists to follow the scientific line of inquiry he himself had embarked on.
This podcast continues the story begun in Part I, and is an exploration of the current-day mechanisms of global surveillance and political repression using the tool of State Psychiatry to shut down reports and testimonials of those experiencing radiation assaults and neuro assaults today with Spectrum Weapons, which are both being tested worldwide and operated worldwide, and with Neuro Weapons, which are being used in non-consensual experimentation operations worldwide in Covert Ops run by networked Intelligence and military agencies.

Unsettling and indicting testimonial from John Lasheras, a neuroscience researcher with a background in finance, about his girlfriend being held captive and sex-trafficked by various parties associated with Facebook, about the hacking of his devices soon after he applied for a job at Facebook--and thence tracing of his girlfriend from his contacts lists and exploitation of her, and about the retaliatory targeting and psych-committing he received at the hands of police in California and Illinois when he reported the crime.
John tells his story in hopes that FBI and Law Enforcement he has reported these matters to will step forward and take action to rescue her, and says he will not himself engage in vigilante action to rescue her but has reported this to DOJ, A-Gs in different states, Congressmen & women and various others in public office.
While extraordinary, this testimonial is unsettling enough that if true, needs to be fully investigated and addressed. The truth of the matter of course could only be addressed in a deeper forensic investigation, which the DOJ is encouraged to attend to.

Empowering and inspiring conversation with Peggy Hall, from The Healthy American, the primary public educator today in the US on rights and freedoms in the face of COVID tyranny, on the importance of looking at the language, the law, and recognizing that none of the current edicts and guidances handed down by Governors and Mayors or Presidents is lawful; using their titular positions they have pronounced suggestions and guidelines as edicts.
The CDC has done the same in its requiring of masks on transportation, which Peggy takes apart in a recently put-out video at her channel: the CDC does not have the legal authority to do so. Everyone who wishes to breathe is exempt from the mask mandate, and the more people step out fearlessly without masks the easier it will be to push this tyranny back.
The importance of digging deep for the facts, the truth, and speaking out is discussed, as well as the understanding that we appear to be in a battle between good and evil and there is a great need to think critically for ourselves, look hard and deep at what is going on, ask what is most important to us (slavery to mask mandates or freedom to breathe and be close to loved ones?) and live our lives authentically--submission to tyranny is more and more looking like submission to evil, as the mRNA vaccines have begun killing and disabling thousands.
Stand up for your own rights, freedoms, and humanity, speak out, help us push this tyranny back.

Former Law Enforcement Officer Chris from Las Vegas (featured on Newsbreak 15) returns to update us on the status of his required Psych evaluation—an unexpected and illegal adjudication made recently by a Traffic court on a supposed traffic infarction, in somewhat transparent retaliation for his political activism and educating of others on natural law and rights—regarding which he has now filed or recorded a rebuttal of presumption questioning the need for this evaluation and citing the laws and codes by which he is permitted toso file, and by which also, he notes, clear rationale and documentation for such an arbitrary request needs to be provided.
A former Law Enforcement officer who has worked in Oklahoma and Nevada, Chris is a researcher, historian, and semiotician with an avid interest in etymology and the intricate meanings of words as well as the underlay of meaning behind them which informs their current, often concealed, often fraudulent use today. This excavating of meaning, he notes is essential to a purer understanding of all communications today, whether in law or other language use, and essential also therefore to a proper understanding and application of the exigencies of common, natural law, and our natural, God-given rights under such. For the sad fact is that massive fraud has been perpetrated on one and all by the corporate structures imposing private corporate statutes on all by removing natural living status via incorporation of the name; this under the knowing of truths many have acquired currently, such as governments are corporations, law as we know it is merchant law governing ships in commerce, citizen ship is actually the acceptance of enslavement on the corporate ship, and so on.
In this light, Chris discusses also the issue of political status and how one can correct the presumption of US citizen status by claiming free, living US Non-Citizen National status, which latter is the condition of being a free living American answerable to natural law, common law, and not the corporate statutes of the corporation US Inc. All those born and naturalized in the USA can claim non-citizen US national status, but most imagine they are US citizens, not realizing that essentially means subjecting oneself to the enslaving dictates of a corporation rather than claiming natural and constitutionally granted rights to liberty, free speech, et al.
