45 Day Dry Aged, Sous Vide Ribeye (Prime Rib)
We've done a 28 day before, now we wanted to push it to 45 days after having a steak at a local restaurant that was 45 day dry aged. I can say, it's very good, tender and full of beefy flavor. Sous Vide is usually my cooking method of choice when cooking any fine meats. Im not disappointed at all..!
