Let me break it down for all of you skeleton girls who feel bad about starving yourselves constantly. Follow my 3 step process for achieving optimal health:
1. Eat 80% of your calories from meat
2. Eat once a day
3. Go to the gym and LIFT WEIGHTS STOP DOING CARDIO FFS
4. Stop eating processed food (optional but recommended)
This is really all it comes down to. This Stephanie Buttermore going all in thing is fun content to watch I guess, but practically speaking it's inefficient and doesn't guarantee that you'll achieve the result you want.
If what you're actually looking to do is stop starving yourself because you're scared that if you eat anything you'll slam 3 jars of peanut butter to make up for years of malnutrition, then follow my steps. Feel free to argue with me if you want AFTER YOU TRY IT.
