I hope this video shares some ideas with you that you may have never considered in the past. I was diagnosed with anemia back in 2007. I had no idea what my iron and ferritin levels were. Fortunately, someone who had more experience than I with this suggested I get my blood tested. It turned out that I was running dangerously low on iron. You can have all the motivation and focus in the world but if you run low on iron or another essential nutrient or mineral you will run poor. In addition, you'll easily fatigue, have problems sleeping. I cover a few other areas to watch for in this video that I believe will be helpful to you.
