Sticking to a diet plan is a difficult thing. This is why so many people fail to stick to a fitness routine and the majority of them fly off the rails after a few weeks.
I understand how difficult it can be and I've been there before. It requires physical preparation, it requires mental practice and it requires changing a lot of behaviors.
Is there an easier way to overcome these difficulties? How can we make sure we'll stick to our diet plans properly?

What Coding Will Look Like In 30 Years?
Coding is changing at a super rapid pace that it is very difficult to predict how it will look like in the future. The world is changing so much and people are becoming scared that the so-called "stability" might not exist anymore.
Things are changing really fast and the relationship between people and jobs too. Some jobs have already disappeared and a lot more jobs will change even more over the next few years.
You, as a software developer, might be scared about what coding will look like in 30 years from now. There is a lot of speculation about how things will change.
We are already experiencing lots of change when it comes to software development. The need for some areas is changing, others are surging and things keep mutating.
So, what should you expect from software development in 30 years from now? How things will look after 30 years?

On Masculine & Feminine And Why It Matters: https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=AKfKKSZqYtI
Being Nice & Respecting People: The Truth
Recently, I did a video about masculine, feminine and why it matters and it kind of raised other questions that I always talk and discuss here in this channel.
For example, that video led me to think about the video on "Being A Nice Guy" and this is exactly what we are going to discuss in this video.
What is the real truth behind the whole being nice and respecting people thing? Can we learn with that?

How To Be More Attractive As A Man?
If there is one challenge that programmers face the most, that would be attracting women and becoming an attractive man.
Programmers are considered nerds by nature. We are stereotyped as soon as we tell people that we are software developers or programmers. We are basically considered the computer guys. We are strangers. We are nerds. We are fat with a lot of acne and etc.
So, all this definitely can break the confidence of any programmer. And I see this all the time. I receive a lot of different emails from different software developers telling me that they are afraid of approaching women and talking to them, mainly because they lack self-confidence and they don't trust how they look.
So, how can you supposedly be more attractive as a man? What can you do to become more attractive as a man?

Is A Degree In One Country More Valuable Than In Other?
So, Chris sent me a question asking basically this:
"Is a degree acquired in one country worth more than a degree acquired in another country?"
This is something I've been wondering to answer but I never felt ready to do it.
However, this is something it should be discussed because there is still doubt from people about that subject.
So... What do you think?

"Boundaries" Book Review
So, here is one more book review, this time, about a book about setting boundaries, especially with other people.
Boundaries is about setting boundaries and don't let anyone violate your boundaries and your personal limits.
Here is a book description, extracted from Amazon
"Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Boundaries impact all areas of our lives: Physical boundaries help us determine who may touch us and under what circumstances -- Mental boundaries give us the freedom to have our own thoughts and opinions -- Emotional boundaries help us to deal with our own emotions and disengage from the harmful, manipulative emotions of others -- Spiritual boundaries help us to distinguish God's will from our own and give us renewed awe for our Creator -- Often, Christians focus so much on being loving and unselfish that they forget their own limits and limitations. When confronted with their lack of boundaries, they ask:
- Can I set limits and still be a loving person?
- What are legitimate boundaries?
- What if someone is upset or hurt by my boundaries?
- How do I answer someone who wants my time, love, energy, or money?
- Aren't boundaries selfish?
- Why do I feel guilty or afraid when I consider setting boundaries?
Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend offer biblically-based answers to these and other tough questions, showing us how to set healthy boundaries with our parents, spouses, children, friends, co-workers, and even ourselves."

You Will Always Pay The Price For Your Actions
Have you ever wondered that you will always pay a price for your actions? Have you ever asked yourself about the difference between discipline and punishment?
So, as I've already said, you will always pay the price for your actions. However, this price can come in two different ways.
The first way is through discipline. The price you pay when you're disciplined is the price you pay before something happens. You pay the price BEFORE you do something.
Punishment, on the other hand, is the price you pay AFTER something happens. And this is usually followed by regret.

Do you want to create value and wealth for your life? If so, you need to follow the 70/30 rule.
What is this 70/30 rule all about? Well, most of us spend more time-consuming content and learning new stuff instead of producing.
If we really want to be successful and start creating value to other people, we need to make this shift and turn this proportion upside down. We need to start to produce 70% of our time and leave the other 30% to learn and consume new stuff.
Wanna know more about this rule? Watch the video to find out.
