Was a long practice and it felt great. Before this I was jogging. I feel that jogging is a very vital exercise and more so when breathing through the nose and activating the core, to cleanse and exercise the organs in a extra oxygenated form of cleansing. Some ashtanga yoga inspired poses and circular strengh training. Doing the trikasasna's (triangle's) I really came into a new awareness of alignment, and hope I haven't been causing my self injury from doing it incorrectly or with poor form previously. A really good shot (3rd Triangle) of my left lower side is where I feel a long standing resistance in my body of some un-resolved pain. I slowly and daily try to eliminate pain or sensitivity to that area, mostly by what I consume. Sweat a little today. This is only about half of the full practice today. Back is feeling good, flat and long. Shoulders feeling loosely packed but with strength and more aware in my head to maintain proper weight distribution and to remove some from the neck. Downward Dog dolphin 90 degree angle pose felt great today. I need to remember to continue to open the 90. Squared Strength on the mat. I feel like a techno yogi with all the technology around me.
