It seems so tough to meditate sometimes, our lazy asses start thinking about the rishis and sadhus. But the good news is that you can be in any comfortable position and meditate, actually going off to sleep during a guided meditation is wonderful for your mind.
I have shared two techniques in the video for meditating lying down.
Pause and relax.
As we focus on the breath we come to the present moment instantly. Breath gives us the life force which keeps us alive.
This video suggest how to feel the energy, the chi that flows through us.
Then place the energy at the centres which makes us feel loved and calm..
As you do this try to stay in a state of gratitude. Allow the divine energy to flow through you

How to combine your fruits depends on how it digests in your stomach - the different categories of the fruits can be divided into sub acid, acid, sweet and melons.

I have been having lots of deep spiritual awakening experiences for a few years now. They have completely changed the way I look at life. They have all brought me closer to nature. Every time these experiences are a great reminder to live my life without fear and more and more in love. They are the reminders from the universe to shun all my limiting beliefs and create abundance in life.
I live in connection with my spirit every day. All these soul-expanding experiences have come with my third eye-opening, kundalini awakening, my crown chakra expanding and hence feeling one with everything around me.
Different kinds of meditations like dancing and mindfulness meditations have helped me experience all these spiritual awakenings.
I have felt the love of the angels and the divine beings through these spiritual awakening experiences. They guide my life.
These spiritual awakening experiences have made me a better human being. I am living in nature because of these experiences that moved my soul to manifest and accept the most beautiful environment inside and outside.
Our spiritual journey is very individualistic. It becomes easier when we are guided by love.
