This level two USPSA match is organized once a year as part of our series/slot matches and counts for two. You need a minimum of four to be entered in the challenge to determine your eligibility for National slots.
It's a 181 round match with some really challenging stages which is good for my practice for the nationals. I'm not really happy with my performance, as there were some screw ups which I really need to not replicate again.
This match was organized by the Down Zero crew at the Renton Fish and Game Club. Thanks for a fabulous match guys!
Paul Bunyan Rifle Club runs a Toys for Tots match every year to support the Toys for Tots Foundation. This year they raised $1,511 in cash and a ton of unwrapped toys for kids. Find out more about this awesome charitable foundation at http://www.toysfortots.org

I love watching comparison videos and I hope you do so too. I'll be posting a bunch of these when I can. It's so surprising to see how much difference a sec or two makes to your scores. I lost to Jordan by 6% as he was faster in every stage and had better hits, even with one mike.

Drove 1 hour 45 minutes up north near the Canadian border to Custer Sportsmen's club to shoot the TacRifle match after missing it for two months. Placed 9th overall. I thought I did pretty well except for tagging multiple no-shoots that caused a ton of penalty. That said, I had FUN! It's exhilarating.

Week #34. This week, Jason Bird comes through again with a new IPSC stage called Through The Window. It's a pretty fun and challenging stage which an unusual stage position. We've also managed to implement Movers in the stage designer. Now you can specify any number of targets attached to a mover and specify the direction the mover takes when activated. Took a while to get this done but seems to work pretty well.
Changelog v0.46
* Movers
* New IPSC Stage - Through the Window
* Fixed Rocker Reset
* Fixed movement in Extreme Euro Stage
* Adjust sound in interstitial
* Returned Trackpad movement to require press down
* Fixed mover reset after DQ
Enjoy!

We got an early look at the monorail stage that is being setup for the upcoming Area 1 Championships coming in August. From what we saw today, I think everyone would love it. What's not to like? Shooting from a roller coaster will be awesome!

Here's another charity match organized by the folks at the Paul Bunyan Rifle Club. It was SO cold out there that morning I couldn't feel my fingers, even wearing gloves with hotties didn't help. It was so cold that your fingers will freeze up after being exposed for 10-15 seconds.
That said, it is still fun to go out and shoot especially if it's for charity.
