We are now tackling Wave 5 of the Booster Course Pass. Like the previous ones, it's a mix between tracks from various Mario Kart games but Tour gets a lot of focus. Not in this game. First is Athens Dash from Mario Kart Tour. That's a surprise, even for me. Next comes Daisy Cruiser from Double Dash. Didn't think they'd bring it. Afterwards is Moonview Highway from Mario Kart Wii. I can tell that was highly requested somehow. Last but not least is Squeaky Clean Sprint. That takes place in a bathroom of someone's house. I have no words aside from the fact that for an original track, it's kind of unique and I like it. Very well done. But once ghosts are heard, he departs letting Amelia find out for herself. It turns to be a Sporix who can kick emotions into overdrive. It's up to Amelia to not only save her teammates but also take down the Sporix. This is an Amelia-focused episode and a really damn good one. I'm serious. We even learn about why she's into paranormal stuff and it's due to the disappearance of her parents. She hopes that maybe getting into the field would help her find them. It's heartwarming especially since we learn it from Pop Pop. Not to mention we find that Pop Pop did what he can to help Amelia. This is a truly heartwarming moment from me personally. We get debut power-ups and a new zord but overall, this episode kicked major butt. In Europe, it's referred to as Project Zero but I call it Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water. This game was released on the Wii U in 2015 as a digital-only release. Why digital? I have no clue and at full price no less. But it isn't until years later when Koei Tecmo announced that they'll be bringing this game to current generation consoles and this is enough for me to experience it. The story is a bit depressing since it centers on three characters as they must solve the mystery of Hikami Mountain. It gets depressing and at some times, graphic. The gameplay has you trying to solve the mystery while dealing with restless spirits. You use the Camera Obscura to battle against spirits hoping that they can find peace. This gave me quite a scare so who knows... Welcome to Chapter 23: Dark Pontifex. Our objective is to take down Gharnef. Thing is, he's bringing along duplicates of himself. This will make things damn difficult. Fortunately, if you find the Gharnef that has Imhullu, you can use Starlight to take him down. That's all it takes and fortunately he's easy to spot. You just need to find the right Bishop that has it and there you go. The others will have Swarm. Make sure you have a unit that has Starlight attack Gharnef and that's that. Once you get Falchion from Gharnef, take the opportunity to take down the rest of the enemies. Be sure to check out the Secret Shop so that you can get promotional items for the units that need it. Now that we get Falchion, it's time to head for Medeus in the Dragonkin Realm in Chapter 24.
