Progress. Second session at the gym. Its been another week of rehab and i hit up the floor for a few moves. I was a little nervous coming back to tricks after this left knee injury. My left leg is my take off leg so i was so happy how it felt after throwing a few cheeky corks. There is a little bounce office tour at the end. Today was the day i got back on the line and decided to commit to training and focusing on moving forward with my training. Super excited to be getting back onnit and getting involved in life.
