Pressure cook a Brunswick Stew with squirrel or other small game.
Recipe:
4-5 Cups Squirrel, rabbit or other small game
3 cups water
1/2 pint of your favorite beer
seasonings
1 Quart crushed tomatoes with onion, celery, Jalapenos.
Add water, beer and seasoned meat to pressure cooker and cook at 15psi for 10 minutes
Reserve liquid and remove meat and pick from bones
Add remaining ingredients and meat back to pressure cooker and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
