-15 Squat with single press (squat, press, press repeat...)
-5 push-ups off single kettle bell (each side)
-10 sit up into plank
-10 toe touches in plank hold
-10 plank jumps
Repeat 2x
*this circuit is definitely a higher intensity circuit focused on cardio so rest as needed and dig deep!

Start with a super-wide stance and toes in a neutral position, arms clasped at your chest. Shift your weight to one foot while you straighten the opposite leg and squat down towards the bent knee. Your knee may be in line or slightly over your toe, but keep your glutes pushed back as much as possible. Use the heel of your bent leg to press yourself alternating from side to side.

Place a Bosu Ball on the ground with the rubber dome side facing up. Carefully, place one foot on each side of the rubber surface and take a moment to gain steady yourself. Then, when you feel ready, slowly lower down into the bottom of a squat while bringing your arms out in front of you for stability. Once your thighs are parallel to the ground, contract your quads and glutes, rising back up to the starting position, and repeat. Be sure to keep the knees slightly bent throughout the entire exercise.
G-Tip: This is a challenging variation that definitely tests your balance and stimulates your entire lower body, especially your quad muscles. Be sure to keep your core tight and engaged to help keep you stable while you squat and rise up.

Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulders-width distance apart, holding dumbbells at your thighs. As you sit down into a low squat, bring the dumbbells up to your chin, performing an upright row. As you stand back up to the starting position, bring your arms back down, then repeat the movement.
