During our night audit of Othello PD the office was closed. There was an officer on duty in the precinct but it's a small town and there was a button for people who really needed to buzz an officer. We didn't see the need and decided to return in the morning to go inside the lobby and ask about the complain and commendation process. We asked about forms and what the process is like when a citizen has a complaint or wants to praise an officer. What do you think about the process they have? Othello PD seems to be willing to work with the citizens of Othello. We opened the door, it's your job Othello to make sure you communicate with YOUR city officials. Remember they work for you.
