Jeff Rothschild, is currently with Accel Partners and was Facebook's first VP of Engineering. Jeff discusses his experiences successfully (and unsuccessfully) starting new ventures and learning from corporate positions. He co-founded Veritas Software, which was later acquired by Symantic for $13.5 Billion. He went on to be Facebook’s first VP of Engineering in 2004, and still works with them in an advisory role.
This course is a seminar on the role of law in the management of international environmental problems. The course will begin with a brief introduction to public international law as it relates to the environment and a discussion of what international environmental law means. Participants in the course will study a range of environmental issues, legal sources, and institutions.
