We normally don't do night Explores but when we found this theater open after years of checking it out we just lept at the chance right then even though we didn't have all our gear with us. We had been checking out this cinema for ways in or who to contact for a long time and were both nervous and happy to finally have the chance to document this 80s era theater before it was gone. This 6 theater cinema opened in 1985 and traded hands multiple times throughout its life until it was finally closed for good in 2013, it has sat since then wasting away. This was always a second run theater with low ticket prices and even freebies with tickets through multiple owners but it seems near the end customer ratings were showing its state of disrepair and lack of cleanliness.
Our look into the theaters showed huge amounts of water had been getting inside for a long time and the water line on the seats was much higher than when we were there, the crazy thing to us is that the cinema had partial power and even the heat was running which we are sure made things worse since it seemed much hotter than the thermostat settings and the mold was way past control.
It was sad to see this Abandoned Theater Full of Mold like this but we were glad to have gotten the chance to preserve it here especially since it was demolished this year(2019) and a new strip mall now sits in its location awaiting tenants.

This is a 5 minute easy to view section of the Tuesday Night Xcf Chat Live Stream from 24:12 to 29:12 where I walked into the weeds at the waterline to show you the steel door section and mechanism of the Hennepin Canal Lock #30 during the stream. The next highlight will show you more of the door it's steel construction and mechanism while dodging crazed mosquitoes!
I hope you enjoy these short highlight videos for those without the time to check out the whole stream, please let me know if you like these highlights and want more from future live streams.
Thank you.

This Explore of the Old Joplin Scottish Rites Temple(shared with permission) is actually from a year ago when i went to Missouri and Oklahoma to Explore with my friend Billy Wade for a few days, I thought I had lost this Explore when my old laptop died while editing but lately I was able to retrieve all my footage and show you this Old West Era Scottish Rites Temple. We also were given a tour of the present day temple so tell me in the comments if you would like to see a video of our private tour of that much much more grand building. This old temple was last used in the 70s for community outreach and very little has been touched at all since that ended, the building is in pretty bad shape but would be really nice to see restored.
This was a great Exploring trip and Billy showed me some great locations including both Scottish Rites Temples, the Old West Umm Nightclub, the ghost town of Picher Oklahoma, and one of my favorites ever an abandoned water park so I have to once again thank Billy (Urbanman2015 on YouTube) for that trip still to this day.
This will be the first of two videos this week with another short one out on Wednesday as I may be changing my upload day to Wednesdays if it is received well(opinions please).

Our Explore of the abandoned Swimmin Hole water park(name shared with permission) is the most unique water park I have ever seen or Explored, the whole place is an amazingly designed maze of concrete and gave long days of fun to many until its closing. We really hope you enjoy this place as much as we did. Special thanks to Billy Wade(link below) and the property owner for a great Explore!

This Explore was a personal one, I grew up in this area and used to come over to this house as a child and hang out with the family's two sons so finding it like this now was a big shock. It was both sad to see and a cool flashback to memories of some fun times, after I lost touch with them over 20 years ago it seems they added some more cool things to their collection of vehicles. It was kinda strange when my love of Abandoned places intersected with my personal life but it also added a great feel to the Explore and an extra level of nostalgia.
How many of you have had an Explore cross into your past?

Welcome to part 1 of our Explore of Sandburg Mall in Galesburg, Illinois. This mall which opened in the 70s retains much of its great original look and feel but will be closing soon. When we were there only 2 tenants were left in the whole mall interior and only a handfull of people came in the whole time we were there which gave the whole place a surreal feel. Enjoy and watch foor part 2 when we go inside the closed stores and back hallways!

This short mobile live stream was from an amazing hotel lost in the 1960s and found here in 2018. The most amazing thing was how much original 1960s and 1970s furnishings and decor was left in this largely unvandalized gem. Few Explores are so intact and can give you such a feel for what they once were let alone openly show you like this old Inn does.
Huge thanks to the owner that allowed me to Explore this total time warp to the past and to you for being curious about the lost world around us.

After the squatters' poop rooms from part 1 the rest of this ruined old school was more normal urban exploration which even nervous after the earlier finds we were relieved to enjoy. The natural decay of this old school was very advanced especially in the older sections like the gym but almost as bad was the rampant heavy damage by bad people(sorry YouTube didn't like another word) from smashed equipment to multiple areas of fire damage.
**I apologize for the camera work and editing here, after the squatters dens we were moving much faster**

This abandoned bank vault was the greatest find of my trip to Gary, Indiana and I could not wait to share it so I did a live stream of the Explore and even went live in the old vault!
*Sorry for the quality but that's the unpredictability of on-site streaming*
