The latest idiocy is from Clowinifornia Assembly Leader Ian Calderon who wants giving out a straw at a restaurant or coffee shop to be a CRIME punishable by a fine up to $1000 AND possibly 6 months in jail.
His proposed law doesn't say whether or not the business owner, supervisors or wait staff would be charged with a crime.
Absolute idiocy from the chief idiots in Clownifornia, our state legislators.
Yet another law that makes a crime where none was before.
