I'm told this is a Russian tank in Ukraine, but I have no way to verify this. My view after seeing longer clips of the same incident is that this was probably a tragic accident. It is a very complicated situation in Ukraine; NATO has clearly brought about this invasion by relentlessly pushing Russia into a corner, but now the Russians are there, I can't see them leaving and the potential for massive loss of life is obvious. I think Putin should have kept his activities to the Donbas region where his people are, but this is now a much larger mission with a much greater danger to all sides. Pray for a quick end to the hostilities.
