Destiny Winter's Run Nightfall Solo (Gold Tier)
Took my time on this one. No need to rush to get gold tier this week. Plus, I've been doing so much speed running lately I wanted a cruisy game. Also there's no burn, so don't expect it to go as fast as usual. Full modifier list is:
Epic (Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers)
Berserk (Minions of the Darkness won't flinch, even after massive damage)
Small Arms (Primary Weapon damage is favored)
Chaff (Player radar is disabled)
Match Game (Enemy shields are resistant to all unmatched Elemental Damage)
I didn't really show it but I went with my Cryptic Dragon scout (zen moment/explosive rounds/firefly) and my LDR 5001 sniper (triple tap/reinforced barrel/firefly). Gally too. Mainly used my Cryptic Dragon due to Small Arms. Could have chosen my Last Extremity for a harder hitting scout, but I find it hard to go past explosive rounds with Match Game on. Went with Blessing of Light instead of Weapons of Light, just to make it even easier. Yep, I'm being a slacker this week. Enjoy!

You need to play Hardcore to get "Empowering Loop" but you don't need to play Hardcore to get the emote. The WANTED: Blood Cleaver bounty is a 540 level adventure. I was 500 during this, making it very hard hitting. Unfortunately it didn't help that I did it after being awake for nearly 20 hours straight. My aim was out and I was tired, so boy did I struggle. I also didn't quite know what would spawn when, which made it all a bit of a panic-based guessing game.
I'd really like to have a shot at this again and do it much faster and easier now that I have a better idea of what the mission is about, but alas, it's a one-off bounty adventure so I'll have to wait until sometime in the future.
Still, even though I feel I wasn't playing well during this, I think at LL500 it's not the easiest of missions whether you're off your game or not. Thought I'd still post the vid because who knows, maybe if you watch it you'll get some ideas on how to solo it better than I did.
