After discovering the Wim Hof method of breathing through a Youtube interview that popped up on the sidebar, yes youtube actually managed on this occasion to recommend me a video I wanted to watch! Well done Youtube. I digress. I took this method wholeheartedly upon myself to explore the possibilities and see how it would affect me on a physiological level as well as neurologically. My Journey started when I was in school, as I’m sure it is the same for you guys right? Insecure and ache all over my face I found it hard to fit in and find my place amongst the crowds.
I found the more I tried to find myself in school with groups, the more I realized I thought differently, acted differently and wanted different things from life, and this showed in the way I spent my time. I did not fall into social trends or pressures, but created my own paths and walked it with pride.
Needless to say I was misunderstood, skinny and confused about where I fit in.

I found it a daily battle to fit in and find my place amongst the crowds. We as Humans are pack animals and all we do in life is try to fit in right? Who wants to be pushed out and alone? No one!
I found the more I tried to find myself in school with groups, the more I realized I thought differently, acted differently and wanted different things from life. This mind-set expressed its self in the way I spent my free time. While I was thinking about where I wanted to be in the next 10 years of my life and ultimately try to find my calling, even at such a fragile age. I did not fall into social trends or pressures, but created my own paths and walked it with pride.
Needless to say I was misunderstood, skinny and confused about where I fit in.
When I was just 14 years old, seems like such an age ago. I was introduced by a family member to the gym, a day that would transform the rest of my life and give me meaning. The bar bell saved my life and would change me forever.

Okay okay yes, I get it! Im not saying give up the gym memberhsip, but rather try somehing new! My Hybrid Programme is just that. The best way to shock your nervous system is by training in a way the body does not recognize.

My results are back. 17.3 NMOL/L or 500 NG/DL which is average for a male of my size and stature. This is now a pretty clear indicator of whether or not the measures I am taking to naturally boost T are working efficiently.
Right now I am taking vitamin D3 which apparently boosts #testosterone in men upto 20% when hitting the RDA, so we will see if this is the case with myself.
