For my hardcore friends who might be worried... you read the description so your reward is a cheat to the cliffhanger - I did NOT sell either of my bikes and I am continuing to ride because the overwhelming feeling the grim reaper is reaching for me has subsided... BUT... I do have a persistent sense of dread that... if I keep riding I will die or be injured so severely I wish I had died... so I am seriously considering my options.... after work today going to ride down to the Toyota dealer and have a look at the new Supra - No way I will buy that POS though... it's a BMW turd fo sho.

I spent $30 more on the Michelin Road 5 tires compared to the Pirelli Angel GT IIs. Previous owner had Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tires. Part of my decision with looking at another tire was my bike had 3500 miles and the rear Pirelli was flat in the middle. I knew it was not the original tire because the DOT code was too new.
This is a great tire. The negative is you do feel a slight wiggle as other reviews have said, but if I didn't know, I wouldn't notice, and compared to my other bike with Dunlops, these tires are GREAT.

Just a quick one to make you laugh. I decide in the moment if I'm going to slow down or protect my lane. When in doubt I think there is an argument that slowing down can be more dangerous for being rear ended than maintaining attention on what's in front of you.
This happens a LOT in my town. Truck drivers do NOT look... pull halfway into the road, and only THEN check oncoming traffic. It happens so frequently that I'm expecting them to pull out before looking and often have my finger on the horn just in case I see they aren't stopping.
Maybe I should be thankful they are keeping me on my toes and forcing me to practice both looking ahead as well as exit path strategy?
