My first video in a new playlist for working out with the Lightsaber. I plan on doing this with single, double, and staff variations. I find that having one makes me work out more.
I kept it short and showed clips of a similar technique. I accidentally found the toss you see at the end. Speaking of which, still very new to letting go of my weapon....don't like it much but it is flashy. Need to work on my timing a little more.

Working on " Episode One: Order 66 ". If all goes well, we start filming in 4 weeks! We have barely been able to meet recently. We are moving forward with training again, so will take an extra two or three months if need be to sharpen up. ( which we will probably end up doing )
Our current release date is sometime in December of 2020.

This will teach you how to " clear " your body while moving the weapon. It will also show the " Path of the Blade " needed for each angle.
It is a very rare technique to use in combat against seasoned practitioners.(Because it can get you hit very quickly if used at the wrong time.) On the rare occasion I attempt it, it is used as a Progressive Indirect Attack with footwork. ( P.I.A.)
