UNITE AMERICA FIRST Published on Apr 14, 2018 The New California State is a movement to regain liberty, freedom and property rights. Why is there a need for New California? The U.S. Declaration of Independence of 1776, the Alta California Declaration of Independence of 1836, and the Sonoma Proclamation of 1846 declared the Right of the People in the states of Alta California and California respectively to throw off the bonds of tyranny. The current state of California has become governed by a tyranny. It is time to take action. The Duty of the People who are suffering the long train of abuses and usurpations at the hands of a tyrannical government is to abolish and make a new government by the people and for the people under God. The process begins with legislating to split the state. If the resolution is passed by both the California Assembly and Senate, it is submitted to Congress. In Congress, the matter is discussed. If both houses of the United States government vote to pass it, the state can split. Forming a new state, New California would have 40 counties and around 14 million citizens. It would be the 6th largest state. And the old California will become the 2nd most populous state. The New California will have 25-27 seats in the US House of Representatives. While the old California will lose 25-27 seats in the House of Representatives. The New California will be Right-to-Work State and ensure the restrictive Business and Economic Environment, the highest Education Standards, and the most Secure Living Environment of the 51 States of the Union. The New California will have freedom from the old California’s: Excessive Taxation (gas, Property, sales) Excessive Regulations Failing dams, roadways, and other infrastructures.
