"Intermittent fasting (IF) is a term for an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It does not say anything about which foods you should eat, but rather when you should eat them.
In this respect, it is not a "diet" in the conventional sense. It is more accurately described as an "eating pattern." Common intermittent fasting methods involve daily 16 hour fasts, or fasting for 24 hours, twice per week." (Source: https://authoritynutrition.com/intermittent-fasting-guide/)
IF is definitely one of the trends that are growing exponentially over the last years in the fitness world. People are using it to simplify their lifestyle and get better results when it comes to getting lean and building muscles...
Are you considering doing intermittent fasting? What are the pros and cons you should take into consideration before starting?

What Successful People Do Differently (Shoutout To Noah Kagan)
I've talked several times here on this YouTube channel about how the mind of successful people is different from normal people. You cannot deny it.
Successful people think differently and their thinking ends up being noticed by their actions. Recently, I did an interview with Noah Kagan where I talked about wanting some Apple ear pods.
I totally forgot about it till... I received a little gift in my house. The rest of the story?

I Went Through A Divorce And I Wanna See My Daughter
Relationships can be difficult. Divorces can be even more difficult. Often times, relationships end in a very bad way: People fight, each one try to get the most out of their partner and what was love one day becomes rage and hate.
So, imagine this situation if you have a daughter or a son. If a contract is not established, one of the sides can suffer a lot.
So, today I received a question from a reader telling me that he went through a divorce and he got a nice contract with his ex-wife. He can see his daughter on some days and this is good. However, he wants to see her more. What should he do? How can he accomplish it? Is it even the right thing to do to suggest this? What on his minds?

"The Hero With A Thousand Faces" Book Review
The Hero With a Thousand Faces is an awesome book, however, I would not recommend to anyone. Despite finding it a nice book with an awesome story, I figured that it didn't fit my needs as much as I wanted.
Someone recommended this book for me and since I read a lot of different books, I figured that it would be good to give this book a try.
Here is the product description extracted from Amazon:
Since its release in 1949, The Hero with a Thousand Faces has influenced millions of readers by combining the insights of modern psychology with Joseph Campbell's revolutionary understanding of comparative mythology. In these pages, Campbell outlines the Hero's Journey, a universal motif of adventure and transformation that runs through virtually all of the world's mythic traditions. He also explores the Cosmogonic Cycle, the mythic pattern of world creation and destruction.
As part of the Joseph Campbell Foundation's Collected Works of Joseph Campbell, this third edition features expanded illustrations, a comprehensive bibliography, and more accessible sidebars.
As relevant today as when it was first published, The Hero with a Thousand Faces continues to find new audiences in fields ranging from religion and anthropology to literature and film studies. The book has also profoundly influenced creative artists-including authors, songwriters, game designers, and filmmakers-and continues to inspire all those interested in the inherent human need to tell stories."

I'm A Hypocrite... Just Did What I Tell You NOT TO DO!
Have you counted how many times I have told you NOT TO SCREW THE F*CK UP?
Oh, well... I can count at least 100 times. Maybe more, who knows. I have 1000 videos on YouTube... It was probably more, I know.
So... Why am I telling I'm being a hypocrite? Because I have fucked it up. Really bad. Pretty pretty bad. It was one of the times I really fucked it up.
Wanna know why I fucked it up and what you can learn from all of this? Watch this video and find out!
