Just a short cellphone video, I make dozens of these each year, not going to share mission-critical data but just facing to length then turning a spigot on some 76mm (3") 304 stainless steel bar. actual dimensions were 24mm OAL, spigot was 64mm X 10mm.
Following processes see it drilled 30mm, bored to 34mm and counter-bored to 48mm prior to die-sink EDM work.

The coil end plates were given to me by a good friend who is in the scrap bis, but cannot justify paying sombody $20 an hr to clean them for a small amount of copper (compared with the hourly wage)
