This change took place just after a dystonia workout session. Splints never got me these kind of results.
Here my ring finger which normally sticks up in the air, especially on the descent of a scale, has calmed down and sort of fallen back to the point where it appears a little dead! It's not! Lol! It's just relearning to inhibit itself.

Couldn't think of much more to add. I stop eating at 9pm and don't consume anything but water until 1pm. At which point I have a juice.
I wait and hour and have a smoothie at 2pm.
Then a soup at 3pm.
Then a salad at 5pm.
Then a while food plant based dinner around 6pm.
I'll do this for 4 days and that will be the end of phase 1.

I can stop this at any time. I choose not to. It is weird as hell to experience your hand going through all these complex motions without any conscious control. This may be an actual part of the therapy. I experienced heat earlier when allowing this to happen. This is a sure sign on neural change.
