In hindsight, that might have been the best outcome for Cuomo, as he was likely the only person at that joint with name recognition and a certain perception about him. Case and point, he was assessing how Democrats are doing the worst job imaginable to attracting people to their side, citing people who were Trump supporters, allegedly, and hopping on the Yang Wagon. There is no desire to join a sinking ship, with the passengers hurling slurs at anyone looking to help. That's what Cuomo was pointing out, so he had slurs hurled at him. Way to prove him right... The Supreme Court, keeping up with their standard agenda of doing sweet nothing, passed on hearing a case that challenges California's "Winner Take-All" approach to the Electoral College. Could the Lawsuit have been poorly worded? Possibly. Is it the correct forum to seek relief when it comes to this issue? Perhaps not. All that said, said lawsuit looks to address the issue of California being ruled by the Tyranny of Los Angeles and San Francisco, leaving much of the state powerless in the eyes of Republicans. It's a soft way to attempt a State Level Electoral College, but it's a dead issue right now. A lawsuit that hopefully gets heard by an Appeals Circuit Court or even the Supreme Court is one that was dismissed by a idiotic judge with the 'muh private company' approach to forced jabs. The best lightsaber wielder in the galaxy could be making their long awaited return to the series. Samuel L. Jackson, in support of the Phantom Menace returning to theatres for its 25th Anniversary, was asked if he is willing to don the robes and ignite his purple lightsaber once more. Jackson emphatically stated his desire to get a Disney Plus series and bring back Mace Windu. But those of you who remember how the Prequel Trilogy ended kind of know that could canonically be a problem. But hey, this is Disney Lucasfilm now and "no one is ever really gone."
