Don't Be Fuc**** Lazy!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKL0sjgz3hA
Am I Lazy Or Do I Have Health Problems?
In today's video, I've received an email from a guy saying that he feels like he has no energy throughout the day. He can't cope with his actions till he feels tired, right after he starts something.
So, he emailed me asking for some guidance. Maybe he has health problems. Maybe he has dyslexia... Maybe this, maybe that...
Well, due to the fact that I'm not a doctor, I won't be able to answer this question about the health problem. I understand that there are some health issues that may vause this chronic state of lack of energy but I don't think this is the case here.
What I believe is that his body entered a vicious cycle of low energy state, in which he won't work to produce more energy. Besides that, I gave him some tips which I believe will be beneficial for him to recover his energy, so that he can transform his life, one and for all.

When You Do Things On Guilt
We all fall into the trap of doing things on guilt. Who is the person who have never felt guilty and let it emotions drive its own actions?
Today I'm going to talk a little bit more about acting on guilt and why it is important to understand and get aware of when you're acting upon guilt. Since these are almost imperceptible things (unless they are very strong feelings) we usually don't get aware of those things.
So, how do you identify when you're acting on guilt? How do you identify when someone is making you act on guilt?

The Reason Why You Should Not Make Half Commitments
A lot of people want to accomplish goals in their lives. They make plans, they commit to something and they create a strategy (even though it might be a poor strategy) to make it happen.
However, there is one mistake a lot of people make is that they do not commit 100% to their goals. And when you do not commit 100% to your goals, the chances of failing and not accomplishing what you've committed to are big.
So, what should you do in cases like that? How should you commit? Watch this video and find out why you should not make half commitments.

There is always a big dilemma on the table when it comes to money and ethics.
Today, I received a question from a reader that asked me about moral and ethics vs opportunities.
He is having a hard time choosing moral and ethics over a good profitable opportunity for him. He is working for a company that does not allow him to take on side projects... What should he choose?

Aren't We All Armchair Quarterbacks?
So, do you know what an armchair quarterback is? According to urban Dictionary, an armchair quarterback is:
"some d-bag who is certain that he or she can make better decisions than the coaches or players while watching a competitive sport on television."
Do you identify yourself with this? Chances are you probably have not. However, chances are you probably are an armchair quarterback.
