So let me just say first off that I have a ton of respect for Vegetable Police and that he was actually the catalyst that caused me to start making videos again back in December.
I've had this channel for about 9 years at this point but only had two periods where I uploaded seriously. One of them was back when I was living in Tel Aviv and would make workout and flair bartending videos. And the second one was a 30 day vlogging stint that I did back in 2016.
I always wanted to get back into it but felt that in order to make videos you had to be inauthentic and act like an overexcited fake actor. When I found Vegetable Police's channel and saw that he was doing just fine as a goofy weirdo, it gave me confidence that I could also be a goofy weirdo and find success on YouTube.
Now that said... in some of his recent videos, he's mentioned that he's starting to get acne again. I believe this is because of 1) too many calories, 2) too much sugar from the pineapple juice, 3) not getting enough sun, and 4) not doing enough cardio... or any cardio.
Not blaming the guy or anything, but in this video I explain why all of these are contributing to his acne and how to fix those problems. If you are doing any of those 4 things as well and have acne, then try fixing them before you go on harmful drugs like accutane.
Also if you're a girl and on birth control, that's probably not a good idea either. Messing with your hormones is never a good idea.
